[cooperation-wg] Reminder and Preparation for Tomorrow's RIPE Cooperation Working Group Session

Adding the coop-wg list so everyone has the latest info and incentive to
show up for the session.

I'd also like to give a big thank you to Collin for helping organize this
session, and for chairing and coordinating in my absence! Thank you,
Collin!
