if you want to participate in the discussions I would urge you to subscribe.

If you simply want to raise points without engaging in the discussions, 
I have noticed that the CRISP team members pay attention to what is 
discussed on the regional lists (like cooperation-wg).

 From listening in to their conf-calls I hear that they very much value 
input from the community.
