Papers setting out to a non-technical audience how basic elements of the
Internet work are very welcome indeed. They help bridge the gap between
those developing policy and those understanding the technical ins and outs
of the Internet!

I hope you will get some useful feedback! Let me start by referring to a
document Ofcom produced a while back:
