FWIW, I have not just run away...I have talked with a few people in or connected to governments but so far I have not managed to get anyone really interested in being a co-chair. So, we definitely need one new person replacing me, and I agree getting one working for a government or very very close to one, would be preferred. But I agree with Michele, that having "rules" would not be good. We should evaluate people on whether we think they would be good co-chairs. Patrik
