Thanks, I noticed the BOF [1] but hadn't realised it was already a WG 
(as Nick suggested). It's obviously much better for continuity that the 
new WG gets running in time for the next RIPE meeting.

It doesn't have to be just one person - but there are many knowledgeable 
people out there; although I'd also add experience of D.50 to the list 
of requirements.
