The unit in DG INFSO responsible for "Cloud Computing" is INFSO-D3 "Software & Service Architectures and Infrastructures". The Head of Unit is Rainer Zimmermann <rainer.zimmermann at ec.europa.eu>. His deputy is David Callahan <david.callahan at ec.europa.eu>.
