Busy. I have failed to go to Russia three times by now (via issues), and I need at least two-three weeks without travel (so someone else can take care of the visa, my passport etc), plus of course the time to go to Moscow.

On top of that, it collides with the IGF prep meeting in Geneva that I must participate at.
