Hi I think that a big problem with this document is that it is trying to be BCOP without any practical operational deployment at all. So far, it is a theoretical document that we are not sure is going to work (for the reasons that we have pointed out.) >More broadly this approach would discourage us from focusing on good practices and instead compel us to document the status quo, I do not think so, you can focus on doing the practices that you think are good, prove that good and then you can propose them as BCOP.
