[connect-bof] IP Interconnection - NGN style

Sorry! I was reminded later that some people were not in the room. And so...

Mention was made at the microphone of the possible confusion because of the two quite distinct interpretations of the term "IP interconnection".

* the interconnection of IP networks - the Internet?

* the interconnection of services over IP networks - telecoms services / NGN?

The report from WIK for the European Commission referred to the latter.
