(I believe yes) Yesterday, while watching Belgium-Korea in public screens in central Brussels via Belgacom/ADSL, the transmission was frequently broken and went in tilt exactly at the moment of the Belgian score. I wondered whether this was due to the local equipment or to the overcharge of the telecom network. In the last days I attended various net neutrality events in Brussels and Rome, and I repeatedly heard incumbents telcos saying that soccer WC would have been a reason to lift NN in order to ameliorate the user’s experience. Maybe a coincidence?
