The<br> first made good use of bullets and the second had longer paragraphs<br> that were harder to parse. I have now broken those paragraphs into<br> bullets and listed the bullets alphabetically, which I hope makes it<br> clear that these are not in order of importance. This is visually a<br> large change, so I wanted to call it out.<br> <br> I'd also like to call your attention to some open comments on parts of<br> the Rationale section. Do we want to make changes to the text, or<br> perhaps refer to external resources?<br> <br> We also agreed to work on a draft communication. I have started work<br> on a draft, which attempts to remind people when we last communicated<br> and what we are doing.
