[coc-tf] No meeting on Thursday, 5 May

Hi,

We won't meet tomorrow. There's not much we can achieve in a meeting
right now. We still need some more feedback from the community and
that will probably come at RIPE 84 in Berlin.

We are preparing for the BoF.
