[coc-tf] No meeting this week

As discussed at our last meeting, we're waiting on some external
review of our working documents before we meet again. We don't have
the drafts back yet, so we won't meet this week.

I can't edit the group calendar invitation but you can remove this
Thursday's entry from your calendars.
