[coc-tf] Resuming regular TF meetings

I’m generally OK with keeping to the same day.. however would be good to have it at a different time. The coc-tf meetings have sometimes clashed with the UKIF (UKNOF) Board meetings and this is when both Leo and I are unavailable for the coc-tf meeting.

As an example, the next UKNOF Board meeting is at  15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST on 24th September (it slipped by a week for various reasons, this time).. it might be worth having the doc-tf meeting at a different time but keep it to Fridays… I would have suggested 15:00 CEST for the coc-tf moving forward, but am aware of Leo’s timezone being -9:00 to that.
