Hi Brian, I think I agree with you. I tried to phrase the abstract for the Programme Committee in a way that did not suggest that the draft is going to be the final document. It's possible the RIPE Chair will ask us to incorporate some of the feedback we get into an updated version. Ideally, we should either be able to share that updated version or say what the changes will be. We should not be asking to open another round of comment on a new draft unless we need to make significant changes. I hope that we could use the BoF to gather input on what processes for a CoC Team would need to look like, given the expanded scope. That should help us understand the requirements for composition of the CoC Team.
