My understanding is that the currently applicable code is the RIPE
Meeting Code of Conduct:

One thing to note is that the title of that document sets a scope in
relation to RIPE Meetings. The draft, which we intend to publish for
community review in the near future, proposes a scope that covers all
participation in RIPE.
