[coc-tf] Status update and discussion on webinar format

Hi Leo,

Sorry for missing the boat here!

Athina and I are wondering if it might be worth starting with a very 
quick run-through the document as it stands before looking closer at 
what's changed (I've edited the document to show what I mean).

I'll see where we are with the other two actions - I know our Web 
Services team has been looking at the MLs.
