[coc-tf] Scheduling First Call

Dear TF members,

Great to see you are getting this effort started. I just sent a short mail to the ripe-list announcing this new TF.

When moving forward, I would like to suggest that you also connect with the current Trusted Contacts (Rob Evans and Vesna Manojlovic) from time to time. While they didn’t volunteer to be on the TF, they might have some valuable input from being in this role for some years.
