[coc-tf] Regular TF Calls - Friday 3.30pm (UTC)

Dear TF members,

 From the poll, it looks like regular calls on Friday at 3:30-4.30pm 
(UTC) would work.

I'll schedule this in via Zoom and send out a recurring invitation etc.
