[coc-tf] Short report at RIPE 81

Hi Mirjam,

Thank you. For the time being, feel free to list my name, although that
could change.

I chaired our first meeting but we did not discuss who would continue with
the responsibility as not all members were able to attend. I will continue
performing the function for the time being.
