[bcop] RIPE 68 BCOP TF agenda, Monday 12 May

Hi,

If we have time I can give an update on the "code of conduct" initiative
I presented in Athens. It got renamed into Routing Resilience Manifesto
and has some substance now, but still far from being complete.
