[Atlas-anchors-pilot] Survey results and first 11 pilot hosts!

Hi everyone,

thank you for answering the survey!

We have analyzed your feedback, and based on your interest, geographical 
spread and some personal preferences, we have chosen first 11 Atlas 
Anchors hosts for the start of the pilot!

It was a tough decision, but we want to stick to the plan and start with 
10 only right now (considering that maybe 10% will still change their 
mind.. or get some problems... - that's why *11* :)
	(please let me know if you do *not* want to do it now)

We have added others to the "waiting list", and if we have some more 
capacity before the end of this year we might add more Anchors. 
Otherwise, we will announce the next 10 in December,
those who will become Anchor hosts in the Q1 2013.

I would still like to use this list for all the public discussions,
even if you are not included in the first group,
because the feedback will be valuable to everyone.

Attached are the summarized results of the survey.
Remarkably, 100% of you can offer IPv6 support!

Hardware specs "Version B" have a slight majority over "Version A".

However, I will let you know about the exact specs later this week,
since we still need to finalize some details with SCC.
