We're mentioned on another mailinglist... see below.
For those that don't know RFG, he's a seasoned spam fighter, has
had experiences running a blacklist and getting into legal issues
with spammers, and is currently looking at abused netblocks,
or misappropriated netblocks.
The RIPE netblock in question is 89.255.192.0/18.
I understand it's not in the working group's charter to deal with
operational issues concerning one netblock, but I thought I'd
mention it. (Maybe we have to recommend Ripe NCC to not to
"hand out IP space to thugs" :)
