It helps to be more specific about which list one might have had a problem 
with but CBL did have a hiccup during the early hours of Thursday (10th) 
and since the XBL is generated in large part from that list you might find 
that is why you temporarily had problems:

 http://cbl.abuseat.org/

on the other hand, there might have been another reason :)
