Hardly.  At the very least, there's disagreement about it; calling it
"good" as if that were a question of fact is...misleading, at best.

Demanding security nightmares like Javascript is worse.

If they mean I can't cut-and-paste from whois (ie, port 43) output, I
consider them unacceptable, and will block in consequence, as I have
.de and most of .uk (and yes, I recognize there are differences between
domain-based and IP-based; IMO there are none on this point).
