We are have a problem with one of the anti-spam database mail-abuse.org
Unfortunately, they include us in the DUL (dynamically assigned
addresses network) database.

Unfortunately the only real suggestion I can make is that you
continue to speak to MAPS and/or escalate this matter with your
ISP and MAPS.

In addition, maybe the senders could contact the recipients out of band,
asking the latter to either whitelist you, or to quit using the list in
question?
If the recipients want mail from your customers, blocking it makes no
sense. It is important to remember that the list blocks nothing; its users
do.
