Quite right, and in a completely rewritten version we must say so.
This update is to get RIPE in step with LINX, without waiting for
additional material like that; we can start to collect new material
as soon as this last call is over.

I hope everyone noticed the mistake in what I wrote; I'm closing
this at the end of November, not October ...
