Do you have any customers yourself? Do you know how often customers get
turned into spam relays, with the additional priviledge of relaying

treated like everyone else on the net. If you spam, we block you until
you fix it.
Most of the trouble comes from the blacklists maintained by religious
people who believe things like "You have a dynamic ip. You must be a
spammer",
That's their choice to make. Just as it is your choice to not invest in
50 euro/month to run a decent mailserver that can be held accountable.
