Hasn't been detectably affected, as comparing just before I started
blocking HTML to just after.

More seriously, because mail blocked for (SMTP-)body-content reasons
has a copy logged. Every now and again I skim through the logged mail,
so I do actually have some idea what's getting blocked. (Not
necessarily a detailed idea; it's possible I've missed something rare.
But I'm quite sure there is nothing present in significant quantity
that I miss.)
