Then get some sleep, think it over and accept the "collective" wizdom
that spam cannot be stopped by "yet-another-microsoft-extension"
Making spam and spam-support illegal in a few major countries will make
it uneconomical. Revoking ip-addresses and connectivity to regions
that don't behave according to already existing "rules-of-conduct" will
increase pressure.
DNS-based blocklists (SPEWS etc) already makes some pressure on spammers
and their supporters.
