What do the readers of this list think of http://maps.vix.com/dul/ ?

To me it seems rather dangerous: while many users will indeed send
their mail via their ISP's mail relay, others might well want to send
directly, and in complete accordance with the RFCs, for reasons of
their own that have nothing to do with spam.
