For what it's worth, this has been a problem for my Internic contact
address for a couple of years now, and it's been an extremely effective
spam-magnet for the last few weeks in particular.

I'm tempted to launch into a big rant & rave about spam rendering useful
communication channels useless, the "tragedy of the commons," and so on,
but I suspect that most people on this list are already all too familiar
with the situation. :-/
