With e-mail, it is ultimately the recipient who pays True, but that goes for *any* unsolicited e-mail, not only for unsolicited *commercial* e-mail. and with continued abuse it is probable that some means of shifting the cost towards the sender will find favour. Agreed. Would *you* dare to come up with a global scheme for 'sender pays' charging though? Piet
