... I forgot to say: ISP do not need to invent anythig for verification 
of free trial users: just use the existing tools used by the thousands of 
"XXX" web sites out there to "grant free trial access": give me you 
credit card number etc... a lot of spammers via free trial access will 
start to carefully think before doing a mail spam: the ISP has then ALSO 
the credit card number to make them eventually PAY actual money of they 
violate some policy....
