Combine ORBS and teergrubing?

Have anybody tried combining ORBS and teergrubing.

That means, if the mail comes from an ORBS'd server, slow the
smtp dialog considerably down instead of blocking it.

I don't know if you have discussed teergrubing (tar pit) already.
