Yet, since the MTA cannot distinguish between "host not found" and "unknown
host, authorative reply nameserver", I give a 4xx error. In case some ugly
sender host is retrying too frequently (every minute or so) I put
temporarily a 551 error for that particular entry in sendmail.cf.
