I did so for IPv4. They're unable to delegate but can set PTRs.<br>

Why can't users of a given range set up their own delegation? I know it should be hierarchical, but in case RIPE did not delegate anything (found SOA 0.a.2.ip6.arpa. dns.ripe.net) couldn't they delegate directly after proof of "ownership"?<br>
