As you're aware the review period for 2017-02 ended on February 16th. Since that time I've been trying to sift through the various comments and discussions to try to get some feeling for consensus or not.<br>

There are a number of voices both for and against the proposal, so if the working group could indulge me with a little more time I'll get back to you all next week with some further thoughts and a decision on how to proceed.<br>
