There is no way to force anyone to listen to your complaints, if enough<br>
(different) people / persons / networks complain about the same<br>
ip/range then it may affect their reputation. It may also simply be<br>
that you are not filing complaints at the correct address/person/people<br>
<br>
For example: Someone field an abuse report about me, to myself<br>
today... but it was not our IP range, in fact the complainant could<br>
not read the email headers properly... - So, there are man ythings to<br>
be considered :)<br>
