[anti-abuse-wg] Call For Agenda Items RIPE 80

I appreciate if no one including the Co-chairs speaks on behalf of
"everyone" in the list. in my opinion is it very unlikely that "everyone"
has the same opinion in a public mailing list which is totally fine.
