[anti-abuse-wg] 2019-03 New Policy Proposal (BGP Hijacking is a RIPE Policy Violation)

Hello community,

I strongly oppose to this proposal. The proposal gives a power for
misuse to the RIR and does not protect members against setup.

I believe this policy have nothing to do in RIPE. It's better to issue
it as a BCP document or an informational RFC.
