Fortunately, consensus isn't about vote counting.

Here's what rfc7282 says about consensus:

>    of the great strengths of using consensus over voting: It isn't
>    possible to use "vote stuffing" (simply recruiting a large number of

>    participated in a working group or the IETF at all) to change the
>    outcome of a consensus call.
