Im Damian Cantu, analyst at IAR Mexico, which is the National Internet Registry for Mexico.

We find out that LLC AB-Telecom´s AS203496 started announcing in november 4th of 2016 the IPv4 block 168.197.120.0/23 which belongs to an ISP located in our region -LACNIC, the Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry-.

The IPv4 block 168.197.120.0/23 belongs to Operbes, S.A. de C.V. (MX-OSCV9-LACNIC) which has a Legal contract with us.

We need that LLC AB-Telecom´s AS203496 halt any further announcement of the IPv4 block since it is affecting our clients network operation.

I had reported to their abuse info but haven´t had any response.
