[anti-abuse-wg] Mailing List Conduct

Colleagues,

It greatly saddens me to be writing another mail like this after such a
short period of time, but unfortunately action needed to be taken.

After a number of unfounded accusations and implied threats towards a
number of members of the mailing list Tobias & I have asked the RIPE NCC
to ban marilson.mapa at gmail.com from the list. This has been completed.

We would ask that you do not forward any mails from banned members to
the list.

While we really do try to keep discussion open and accessible here and
while there is no bar on differing opinions, all of this must take place
in the context of community and collaboration. Neither ad hominem
attacks nor threats are part of that community.

We would very much like to see this mailing list return to a place of
useful discussion and work around anti-abuse topics in the RIPE
community, but we cannot do that without you. So please do engage, in
that spirit of community and collaboration!
