For end users? sure...  and yes, you can also say that most people do

All true things.

Other true things are that some people are finding it challenging to
obtain good quality raw data, without setting up many honey nets, traps
and many other things...- and the raw data we have, we do not really
want to share as it is of value to know things that others do not know
'for the greater good' (or some like to believe that)

And, even more truth is that I could really use an updated dynamic ip
range list, so that I do my own magic with the data :) 

More truth is that I am not a business and the services I do provide
are completely free and donated, so I am reduce to begging on a public
list :)

so much truth, so little time -- so does anyone have any good quality
data (and/or maybe an updated dynamic ip range list?) pretty please
with two cherries?  :)
