Yup, agree, all this should be on-topic on this list, also
censorship in general and in particular the antics of a "Tier 1"
backbone provider who have taken it upon themselves to protect
the world from TPB and/or Cloudflare...

FWIW, prefix 'jacking has occasionally been discussed here.
