You know what an MOU is, right? I mean, I'm a big fan of hyperbole as a literary device, but less so on what are meant to be factual mailing lists. Neither RIPE NCC members nor the RIPE Community are mandatory collaborators with anyone. Your views on working with LEAs are well known and you are more than welcome to continue to share them in an appropriate way, but I don't believe this kind of thing is helpful to anyone.
