Hello, those responses are very common. At the last maawg meeting in Paris 3 weeks ago the anti-abuse working group decided to prepare a Best Practice Document for abuse-handling and one for correct abuse-reporting. I'd like to make this available as soon as possible to this working group as well to participate. I need to wait when the actual work is starting.
