It may also simply be that you are not filing complaints at the correct address/person/people For example: Someone field an abuse report about me, to myself today... but it was not our IP range, in fact the complainant could not read the email headers properly... - So, there are man ythings to be considered :) I hope this all helps you in some way Kind Regards Andre
