Others would say "no". > Okay, just to be clear and precise: You agree that the definition of abuse is: "The non sanctioned use of a resource to infringe upon the usage rights of another resource" As you are now discussing what "use" means - so using a resource obtained by fraudulent methods / fake information - you are happy with just the actual act of obtaining a resource is not abuse?
